Dayna Pappalardo says she’s learned, “In life and in this Business, it’s all about the journey. Your ups and downs and how you handle them is what truly builds character. When you reach the end, it is not about the things you’ve collected, it is about the difference you’ve made in people’s lives along the way.”
Dayna and Vinny joined the business 29 years ago, experiencing firsthand the highs and lows of life. Since that time, they have been able to overcome obstacles, develop incredible lifelong friendships, watch their two adult children and spouses build Amway businesses, and help those in need.”
Currently serving on the Business Operations Committee as a Consultant, Dayna is proud to act as the voice for all IBOs. She is impressed with the respect given by IBOAI committee members of each other’s opinions and insights. Dayna’s vivacious personality, creative spirit, and strong drive add to the overall productivity and positive attitude.
Prior to becoming an IBO, Dayna worked in several different positions, including interior/commercial contract designer, furniture sales manager, and owner of furniture stores.
Dayna pursues her love of photography at her leisure and, being the family person she is, devotes much of her free time to her husband, children, and grandchildren.
