The IBOAI Legal & Ethics Committee is tasked with the following responsibilities:
• Receives and considers any proposed changes or new concepts related to the IBO Contract, including changes to the IBO Plan and the Rules of Conduct.
• Considers and evaluates proposed concepts that may be proposed by Amway, the IBOAI, IBOs, or initiated by the Legal & Ethics Committee itself.
• Evaluates the proposed changes or new concepts to determine the impact on IBOs and the Business and then makes a recommendation to the IBOAI Board as to whether the change or new concept should be adopted, modified, or rejected.
• The IBOAI Board submits all finalized and approved recommendations to Amway for consideration and final decision.
