Today, Jody Victor and his wife, Kathy, continue to lead their own business while wholeheartedly supporting the IBOAI, the association that ensures IBOs are heard by the Corporation. Jody and Kathy are devoted to helping others build a Business they can pass on to their children and children’s children.
Jody currently serves on the Governance and Oversight Committee and is the Chairman of Hearing & Disputes Committee. Jody also serves as the IBOAI Historian and Curator. As busy as he is with his many roles in the Business and the IBOAI, he enjoys boating and spending time with his family. The Victors live in North Canton, Ohio, so it’s no surprise that Jody is an avid fan of Ohio State Football. He is also involved in the U.S. Dream Academy and American Heart Association, both well-recognized charitable organizations across the United States.
With 50+ years as an IBO, Jody remarks, “It is rewarding to touch so many people and help them live better lives. I offer this advice to those just starting in this amazing Business: Follow the example of your upline as you build and grow, but most importantly, believe in yourself and your unique talents.”
