Joseph “Joe” Markiewicz firmly believes, “the Amway Business is the best in the world and can and will get better” through the committed efforts of the IBOAI Board, the Corporation, and the Field.
No stranger to hard work, Joe and his wife, Marybeth, have been IBOs for almost four decades. Joe has previously served six terms on the Board, including five terms on the Executive Committee including three as Chairman of the Awards & Recognition Committee and a term as Chairman of the Legal and Ethics Committee.
Joe has made invaluable contributions to the development of the Fast Track Incentive Program, Discretionary Growth Incentives, Dispute Resolution and Mediations, Opportunity Messaging, New IBO Onboarding, and Quality Assurance Standards creation, and many other programs. Joe received the Amway Master Educator Award for presenting several outstanding IBO training sessions during Amway North America events and digital media.
With a solution-minded approach to the tough issues and the no-nonsense attitude that has earned him the respect of many. Joe states, “it will take an IBOAI Board with experienced and trusted members to successfully represent the Field with the Corporation. This is a great Business and we want and need to continue attracting the best and the brightest in order to flourish. I want to contribute to achieving that goal as an IBOAI Board member.”
