Known for his communication skills and warm personality, Bob Andrews is a well-respected leader. He and his wife, Terry, became IBOs in 1970. Bob credits his achievements to his positive attitude, perseverance, and hard work. Bob has provided many years of service to the IBOAI Board in the past as Chairman, Vice Chairman and currently serves on the Executive Committee as well as supports new Board Members as the Mentoring Chairman Emeritus.
A genuine people person with a grateful heart and a clear vision, Bob believes the IBOAI Board and the Field benefits from his strong communication and negotiation skills. He states, “To promote the interest of all IBOs, I provide continuity, leadership and discernment. I am the voice of all IBOs.”
