Known for his dynamic personality and incredible passion, David Dussault and his wife, Kristin, are “all in” when it comes to family, and the Amway Business. This attitude has helped them flourish as a family (they’re proud parents of five children) and prosper as IBOs (for 14 years). Through succession planning with Kristin’s parents and brother, they formed the Crowe Family Legacy.
David has a knack for collaborating well with others and a talent for being creative when it comes to problem-solving. In short, he’s an excellent team player. He says, “It is an honor to serve on the Board. I have great respect for the IBO leaders who have worked hard to ensure this Business thrives.
