I’m happy to announce that verified customer sales are strong, sponsoring has shown a strong rebound, and the Field is seeing a new momentum and support for the Enhanced Amway Promise (“EAP”). The first phase of EAP launched Jan 1, 2024 with an unprecedented opportunity for people to join the Amway Business with a complimentary registration.
In addition to Phase 1 complimentary registration for new IBOs, Phase 2 of the EAP kicked off April 1 to include a no cost education for first contract year IBOs. I believe this was a momentous move for all of us. One of the best opportunities just got even better. The Amway Business now affords people, from all walks of life, to have a choice to go into business with minimal risk. New IBOs will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that will help to educate them in products, customers and building sales teams that will help to propel them in working to build a strong and successful Amway business.
Across North America we are witnessing growth in sponsoring and, more importantly, growth in onboarding. I truly believe this will continue and, most likely, gain more momentum. IBOs are entrepreneurs at heart. They are advocates for Free Enterprise. They will continue to find solutions and work towards making the Business better.
I firmly believe that our relationship and association with Amway is stronger than ever. I would be remiss if I failed to mention Andrew Schmidt, Managing Director, Amway North America. Andrew, and his incredible executive staff, are second to none. The IBOAI, Andrew and his staff are diligent in working together for the common cause. Our battle cry rings clear, “Helping People Help themselves live a better life.” Like any other successful endeavor, throughout our journey sometimes changes are needed. Change is sometimes difficult but necessary to move forward. My wife Dayna always reminds me that change is always constant in life. The leaders who embrace change will move forward and have the greatest success.
Amway will be celebrating 65 years in business and its status as No.1 in the direct selling industry. Amway's leadership, great products and philanthropy are all great reasons why we continue to love and support this great Business. Moreover, Amway’s association with the IBOAI Board, whose members represent all North American IBOs, is yet another unprecedented relationship in the industry. Finally, the adoption of the Enhanced Amway Promise is further evidence that Amway continues to evolve and make decisions that will carry the Business well into the future.
I would like to thank and congratulate each of you in the Field for all your hard work, persistence and consistent efforts. I believe the next 5 years will be extraordinary. We are standing together with the Amway Corp.
