In their twenty years as IBOs, Paul and Morgan Kopecky are shining examples of Paul’s favorite words of wisdom, “Start with the end in mind.” The Kopecky's’ passion, faith and strong work ethic that helped them build the business, yet this is just the beginning of their journey. Paul says, “Many start something but few finish and reach their goals. We believe in serving others and our concern for people is what drives us. It is what my role model, Joe Markiewicz, demonstrates every day.”
Paul believes in what the IBOAI stands for and is passionate about creating the best Business possible for new IBOs. “I am creative and innovative – I think outside of the box when it comes to overcoming challenges and providing solutions. I also want to learn from those who have gone before me. Serving on the Board provides the opportunity to learn more about the Business from IBO Leaders – and to improve and advance this opportunity for the next generation and beyond.”
