He has over 43 years of experience in sales and training along with an extensive background in advertising and marketing. As an excellent communicator, he leads his team by keeping connected with what’s going on in the Field and listening. It is how he monitors the pulse of the Business.
Vinny and his wife, Dayna, live in Bayshore, New York and have been in the Business for 29 years. The Pappalardos have two adult children who also have Amway businesses.
