IBOAI® Committee: Legal & Ethics Committee

Steve VictorAs a 3rd generation IBO playing an integral role today in a Crown Founding Family Business, Steve Victor is ready to serve on the Board, as he believes it is his duty and honor to protect and promote the interests of all IBOs.

As the grandson of Joe Victor, Sr., and son of Jody and Kathy Victor, Steve has truly grown up around the Business. He says, “Following in the footsteps of my grandfather and father would be a dream come true for me personally. I would also do my best to represent my fellow IBOs and protect and preserve the integrity of this Business for future generations to come. My goal is to be the best example for the 4th generation in this amazing Business.”

Steve has been an IBO for 26 years and earned Q12 checks and Achievers invitations the past 24 years and attained the Sapphire level on his own while being active in the Crown family business. He also earned a Business/Pre-law degree from Bowling Green University. He travels around the world representing the Victor family Business and works directly with Amway Corporation, along with his brother Joe, as an Approved Provider for MMP.

For Steve, family is everything. “In my life, I am most grateful for my family. My parents are my role models, my brother and sister inspire me to be better – and my wife, Marcia, and our children, Kayla and Cody, motivate me to set an example, do my best, and leave a legacy for the next generation to carry on.”

“When you help enough people win in life, you will win automatically,” explains Steve. “It’s about serving others and helping them achieve their goals and dreams. It’s not so much the things that matter most, it’s the people that matter most.” He often tells new IBOs, “Dream big and never give up.”
