During the first official IBOAI Board meeting of 2021, held virtually, the IBOAI Board announced the promotion of Sandy Chapman, the current Operations Manager, to IBOAI Executive Director. In this role, Sandy will continue to manage the Association’s operations and oversee the staff, as well as play a key role in the IBOAI Board meetings, events, and communications.
Sandy began working at the IBOAI as Business Support Materials Manager in 2010. Her can-do attitude and commitment to the IBOAI is valuable to the organization and appreciated by the Board and staff. As her role and responsibilities expanded, she became the Manager of Operations. Prior to her joining the IBOAI, Sandy developed her impressive business knowledge, communication skills, and organizational abilities at Amway Corporation as a Human Resources Advisor, Customer Service Training Manager, and Business Conduct & Rules Advisor. She was employed by Amway for 19 years.
