About Theo Galan

Known for his wonderful sense of humor and positive attitude, Double Diamond Theo Galan and his wife Maribel from Pembroke Pines, Florida have been active in the business for 19 years. In Theo's opinion, the IBOAI Board is doing an excellent job and he'd like to join this team of great leaders who fairly represent the IBO community and strongly support their business success.

After nearly 10 years of continuous growth in the business, he and his wife Jungyun Lee of Lake Forest Park, Washington, have achieved Triple Diamond. Nam-Deuk comments that it's been rewarding for him as an IBO to achieve a level where he can "be free from his former full-time job as well as help others be free."

Nam-Deuk would like to join the IBOAI Board members who represent all IBOs in the Field, and contribute his experience and knowledge to the discussions and decisions made n partnership with the Corporation. A majority of Nam-Deuk's organization is between 20 and 50 years old so he believes he knows what needs to be done to help the next generation be successful.

About Pedro Lizardi

For Pedro Lizardi, EDC, it is a great responsibility and honor to serve on the IBOAI Board as the voice of all IBOs in North America. He should know! Pedro served a previous three-year team on the Board and quickly came to realize he thrives on being on a team of leaders looking for solutions that support the success of all IBOs.

Pedro and his wife, Patsy live in Tavares, Florida and have been active in the business for 25 years. In that time, they discovered this business is "the best journey you can invest your life in." They share this thought with IBOs who are just getting started in the business. Pedro says he encourages new IBOs to "learn the business, grow as a leader, and change people's lives." For him, the most rewarding experience as an IBO Leader is to "help people develop and reach their potential." He'd welcome the chance "to assist all IBOs to have a better Business Opportunity" by serving on the IBOAI Board.

With an eye to the future and a steadfast commitment to the founding principles of the Amway business, Founders Diamond Juanita Maldonado and her husband Antonio of Austin, Texas are grateful for being introduced to this Business Opportunity over 16 years ago. Founders Diamond Vinny and his wife, Dayna live in Long Beach, New York and have been in the business for 18 years. Vinny expresses that his most rewarding experiences as an IBO have been "paying off all of his debts and retiring his wife from her former career." The Pappalardos have two adult children who are also active in the business.

About Steve Yager

Working in a collaborative team environment as the IBOAI Board does comes naturally to Steve Yager. For 20 years, Steve has been committed to the Amway business and part of Yager Enterprises, an organization that earned 65 FAA points in 2011. Steve has devoted his entire adult life to the business and considers his mission to be one of serving others. Combine that with his strong work ethic, and there's no question as to why he is successful. Steve would like the opportunity to serve all IBOs in the Field as an IBOAI Board member, especially as a voice for second or multi-generational IBOs.

Steve loves the Amway business because you can "help people dream bigger, think better, and believe in their own potential. And it's never boring, always challenging." He is also an excellent role model for the advice he shares with new IBOs, "See it big and keep it simple." Steve and his wife, Cecile, live in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
