A Message from the Chairman of the IBOAI Board of Directors

Dear Members:

Congratulations! According to reports from Amway during our March 2012 IBOAI Board meetings, we're off to a great start this calendar year! As of early March, recruiting is up 7%, new IBO productivity is up 12%, and the number of new qualifiers tracking is also up! The Fast Track Incentive Program is going strong and overall sales continue to climb. In fact, February 2012 marked 26 consecutive months of sales growth in North America. An outstanding achievement! Much of it stems from the continued partnership between Amway Corporation, the IBOAI, and the Field. This shared commitment to the enhancement of the Business Opportunity positively impacts what we have today - and what we continue to build for tomorrow.

As we look to the future, the focus of our collaborative work is to:

• incentivize, recognize, and reward IBOs at all levels,
• refine communications and business tools to make them more accessible and easier to use,
• determine the optimal support needed to increase recruitment and retention - and enhance succession planning.

During our discussions and decision-making, you can be confident the IBOAI Board consistently represents the best interest of all IBOs. You can also be certain this is an exciting time to be in the business. By working together today, we have created a promising future for those who follow in our footsteps.
