same month. When Sharon
was 29 and Jim 30, they became Canada's first
Crown Ambassadors. They were also one of the
first independent businesses to develop a
computerized ordering system.
Now, more
than 20 years later, they continue growing their
Internet-based business with the same intensity
as when they first started. "The
Independent Business Owners Association
International has been a big
part of our lives," says Jim. "We participated
on the first Canadian Board and have continued
to serve on that Board for 17 of the last 35
years."

overwhelmed at the job the new breed of
Association
leaders are doing today," says Jim. "The work
being done on behalf of the organization by
these incredibly talented people has been a
tremendous boost to our business of tomorrow.
