The Master Dream Builder

Friends have good reason for calling Dexter Yager “the master dream builder.” Since he and his wife, Birdie, founded their business in 1964, Dexter has directly helped thousands of Independent Business Owners (IBOs) identify and achieve their dreams.

“Success is the progressive realization of a worthwhile dream,” says Dexter. “We concentrate on our IBOs’ dreams. When people set a goal and then work toward it, then they will get it!”

This philosophy has served Dexter and Birdie well. Together, they’ve built one of the largest networks and have earned the prestigious Founders Crown Ambassador level. This success has enabled them to add more business ventures, including apartment complexes, a group of restaurants, a shopping center, and commercial real estate development, and a resort to name a few.

Through his participation in the Independent Business Owners Association International, Dexter is helping all IBOs reach their goals. He has served on every one of the Association’s committees, as Board President in 1985-86 and currently as Presidents Cabinet Representative.
