The Legal & Ethics Committee receives any proposed new
policy and any proposed change to existing policies, including
changes to the Independent Business Ownership Plan and the
Rules of Conduct for Independent Business Owners (IBOs). Proposed
additions or changes may be submitted by
Amway North America, formerly Quixtar or by individual Independent
Business Owners (IBOs). The Committee evaluates the proposed
addition or change, determines its impact on IBOs, and makes
a recommendation to
Amway as to whether it should be
adopted or rejected. |
