IBOAI Board Wraps Up Productive June Meeting

The IBOAI Board just wrapped up a very productive June Board Meeting. Commenting on the work of its Members, Board Chairman Bob Andrews said, “This is your Board, these are your representatives; everyone is careful to represent all IBOs and not their personal interests. Our motto is: If it’s not good for everyone, it’s not good for anyone.”

Following are some of the highlights of the efforts this session, the accomplishments of your Board working together with Amway Global management:

Opening General Session

• During the Opening General Session, the Board was given

a special report from the VP - Amway Global Sales, Sandy Spielmaker. Sandy introduced the new National Sales Manager, Vicki Northridge, and shared information on our growth.

• Board received a presentation on new product DVDs and

Marketing information was shared by Tom Hall.

• Number-1 objective of June Board Meetings were to

make sure all things are in place for the new Growth

Incentive Program launching 9/01/09.

• Bob Andrews presented the Freedom, Family, Hope, and Reward Award to Amway Family Member Doug DeVos.

Committee Sessions

• Awards & Recognition: Put final touches on the most exciting Growth Incentive program in history. The new

program will be shared during a Diamond Meeting June 17/18.

• Business Operations: Tackled numerous high profile objectives; among those, Web 2.0 and the Global Mobil

Initiative.

• Legal & Ethics: Dealt with issues designed, as always, to help all IBOs build their businesses. They focused on

many issues, including new challenges and opportunities revolving around social networking.

• MAC: Continued to explore a variety of incredible business building opportunities: New XS products, potential

addition to our skin care lines, new marketing campaigns, targeted nutrition products, continued simplification of registering clients and IBOs.

• Your Executive Committee focused on many areas and, as always, is eager to hear from you.

Remember, we are your Association; we represent the best, just as we have for 50 years.
