The Business Operations Committee receives
any proposed change to
Amway Global, formerly Quixtar's Independent Business Owner (IBO) benefits,
new product programs, distribution methods, communication technology,
and similar matters affecting operation of an IBO's business.
These proposed
changes may be submitted by
Amway Global
or by IBOs. The Committee evaluates
the proposed change, determines its impact on IBOs, and makes a
recommendation to
Amway Global
as to
whether it should be adopted or rejected.
The Committee reviews proposed publications and makes
recommendations
regarding their content.
The Committee itself may initiate proposed changes to any of the
operations listed above and submit them to
Amway Global
along with a recommendation for
adoption.
